  1. Throw in all the ingredients except the almonds in a blender and blend it well.
  2. Pour in tall glasses and top with chopped almonds and more bananas if you please.
Recipe Notes
  1. There are several variations to this milk shake. If you wish, you can omit the bananas and add in more peanut butter.
  2. To make an indulgent one, you may or may not use the protein powder. Instead add a scoop of vanilla ice cream and a couple of good quality cookies (or even oreos).
  3. The sweetness of this milkshake will depend on your protein powder and the sweetness from the bananas which may differ
