If you are at Ganga Kutir then you cannot afford to miss the Authentic Bengali restaurant – Sonar Tori . We had a sumptuous lunch there and enjoyed it too . Designed by ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee this is worth a visit for all gastronomes . Later a discussion with Chef Firoz Hossain threw some detailed insight on the restaurant . Chemistry was a terrifying subject for me. Like all Bongo shontans (decent Bengali boys), growing up in 90’s meant taking up science in Senior Secondary and starting tutions from CKD (profs were called by their initials). Chef Praveen Anand reminded me of CKD....
